A Day of Fun, Bonding, and Motivation<\/strong><\/p>\n

On Saturday, 4th January 2025, the staff of Waylead Properties embarked on a much-anticipated Workers\u2019 Retreat at the Ocean Green Resort in Prampram. This annual event brought together our entire team for a day filled with exciting activities, meaningful interactions, and reflections on the journey ahead. The day began with all staff traveling to the venue in the company vehicles, setting the stage for what would be an unforgettable experience. The enthusiasm and anticipation among the team were evident, with everyone eager to participate in the day\u2019s activities.<\/p>\n

Upon arrival, the event officially kicked off with opening remarks and a purpose statement from Mr. Elvin Larkai, the Marketing Director. His inspiring words reminded us of the importance of teamwork, relaxation, and rejuvenation as we prepare to tackle the challenges of the year ahead.<\/p>\n

Let the Games Begin<\/strong>
\nThe retreat\u2019s main highlight was a series of team-building activities designed to foster teamwork and healthy competition. Staff members were divided into three groups and engaged in a variety of sports, including:

\nBeach football
\nLudo
\nSwimming
\nTable tennis<\/p>\n

The games were not only competitive but also incredibly fun, with laughter and cheers echoing throughout the venue. These activities brought out the best in everyone, showcasing teamwork, strategic thinking, and sheer determination. The friendly competitions helped to strengthen the bonds among team members, creating an atmosphere of unity and mutual respect. It was heartwarming to see colleagues cheering each other on and celebrating both small victories and big wins.<\/p>\n

\nAs the day\u2019s activities wound down, everyone came together for a delightful dinner and drinks. This relaxed setting allowed for more informal interactions, deepening connections within the team. During this time, Mr. Keegan Wang delivered a motivating speech that highlighted our organization\u2019s achievements in 2024 and outlined the exciting prospects for 2025. His words left everyone inspired and ready to embrace the year\u2019s opportunities with renewed vigor.<\/p>\n
